Being well isn’t always easy.
At our school, we help each other to stay well in our bodies and well in our minds.
We all experience a rainbow of feelings and moods and it’s ok to not be ok.
It is good to find your brave and talk to people you trust about how you feel, good or bad.
Have the confidence to express yourself; there is no-one else like you!
We can all be a mate and listen to each other. It does make a difference.
